Communication Preferences & Opt-Out
You control how — and whether — Downtown Financial Group contacts you. The options below explain how to stop marketing calls, texts, and emails.
Text Messages
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to opt out of further text messages. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email to opt out of future marketing emails.
Phone Calls
Ask the loan officer or team member on the call to add you to our internal Do-Not-Call list, or submit the request form below.
Revoke Prior Consent
To revoke any prior consent you have given to be contacted (including via automated technology), submit the request form below or email teamvictoria@dfgmtg.com. Please allow up to 10 business days for the request to be processed.
Transactional Communications
Even after opting out of marketing, we may still contact you about an active mortgage inquiry, application, or loan, as permitted or required by law.
